Returns & Exchanges: Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damaged Product: We take great care in packing your orders & carefully inspect all product prior to processing.  If you receive an item that appears to be defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.  We will request photos of the product, as well as a detailed description of the damage.
