Shipping Rates

A flat rate shipping fee will apply to all Canadian & USA orders as follows:

Envelope: $10

Medium Box: $15

Large Box: $25

Delivery for the Greater Moncton Area

Local Moncton delivery is available!  A $3 fee will apply. 

Contactless pampas hut pick-up

FREE local Moncton, NB pickup for all products. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be ready. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to confirm your contactless pickup time. 

Porch pick-up is available in Moncton, off Shediac Road. 

Order Processing Time

Orders can take 2-3 business days for processing.  Once an order has been packed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to your tracking number, as it will be updated by the carrier.  Once an item has been shipped, if there are delays, please contact the shipping carrier, whose info will be provided in the shipping email., as they will be able to provide you with the most information. 

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please email us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has already been shipped.

Duties & Taxes

For U.S shipments, any duties & taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
